Phases and Triggers

The Care Practice Framework (which encompasses adoption) has three phases: engagement and education, decision-making and assessment, and belonging.  Within each phase there are triggers designed to support social work practice for each of the three perspectives: child-centred, family and culturally responsive and strengths and evidence-based.
