Bringing children and young people to life in our casenotes

To celebrate National Social Workers Day on 28 September, we have added a best practice example of a child-centred 'visit with child in care' casenote based on an actual visit completed by a social worker in the Northern region.
This casenote is a perfect example of how to keep the voices of children alive while at the same time ensuring that all of the important information is still clearly recorded. We challenge you to start recording your 'visit with child in care' casenotes in the same way!
